FGA provides outsourcing and transaction processing services, which include billing and collections, claims processing and eligibility verification. FGA can provide outsourcing clients with Prophit™ software to manage their billing and financial management software needs. Clients who have made a significant investment in a software system can choose to continue to use their existing software management system and let FGA use that system to provide the outsourced billing and collection services.
FGA's Outsourcing Services focus on all aspects of the revenue cycle. The FGA Outsourcing Alternative gives Home Health providers the option of using their existing in-house management software or FGA can provide them with Internet access to PROPHIT™, the company's home health care financial management software. Clients utilizing Prophit have access to software from their desktop to perform all daily activity related to the organization's financial operations: Patient Registration, Eligibility Verification, Authorizations, Doctor's Orders, Scheduling and Visit Tracking.
FGA staff handles all Accounts Receivable management functions, including, electronic claims processing, cash posting and account follow-up. The FGA staff has experience working in conjunction with over 200 home health care providers, with access to knowledge, regulations and payer systems that only a company exclusively committed to this market can acquire.
FGA's Electronic Transaction Processing Services offers alternatives for handling claims and eligibility processing.
With KeyClaims FGA, customers can log onto FGA's systems over the Internet and securely enter their own claims for processing.
With claims2cash, clients can access FGA systems remotely and upload a file to FGA's secure web site for conversion and processing.
FGA can provide Medicaid Eligibility verification on active Medicaid caseloads electronically within 1 hour through another service known as Rechek, popular with agencies verifying a high volume of Medicaid patients at the beginning of each month.
Financial and transaction processing components were written using Microsoft .NET technology. FGA recommends high-speed Pentium servers, running at least Windows 2000/2003. Desktop workstations should be up-to-date PCs running Windows XP Professional. Reliable Internet Connectivity is required. All electronic transactions adhere to the ANSI x12 standards.
Outsourcing customers compensate FGA via a negotiated per-visit fee over a contracted time span. Fees are adjusted for volume and contract length. Transaction processing customers pay a monthly fee along with transaction fees.

Implementation, Training and Support: |
Training is typically performed at the customer's site during implementation and is supplemented by regularly held conference calls and online services such as Webex. Support is conducted via a toll-free telephone line between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern time. After-hours support is available.
