Delta Health Technologies is privately held and is not a subsidiary of any other organization. The primary product, Encore, supports financial/administrative and clinical functions, including scheduling, point-of-care and document imaging.
100% of the home care unit’s revenues come from home care systems. In the past year 40% of gross revenue came from new software sales, 20% from software maintenance fees and 35% from other professional services. The company is a reseller of computer hardware, though customers are not required to purchase hardware from the company. 5% of revenue came from computer sales last year. The home care unit is also a reseller of Business Objects Crystal Reports and the MediSpan medication database.

Delta services a broad range of customer types within the home care market. About half of Delta’s home care customers are medium-sized organizations, nearly all are not-for-profit, Medicare-certified agencies offering traditional home care nursing and therapy services. More than half are hospital-based. No one customer accounts for more than 5% of the company’s revenue.
